Howdy! I could have sworn I've been to this website before but after looking at many of the articles I realized it's new to me. Anyways, I'm certainly pleased I came across it and I'll be book-marking it and checking back regularly!

When I initially left a comment I seem to have clicked the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now every time a comment is added I recieve four emails with the same comment. There has to be a means you are able to remove me from that service? Thank you!

First off I would like to say excellent blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you don't mind. I was curious to know how you center yourself and clear your mind prior to writing. I have had a difficult time clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out there. I do take pleasure in writing but it just seems like the first 10 to 15 minutes are usually lost just trying to figure out how to begin. Any recommendations or hints? Appreciate it!
