After I originally commented I appear to have clicked
on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now whenever
a comment is added I get four emails with the same comment.
Perhaps there is a way you can remove me from that service?

In fact no matter if someone doesn't understand after that its up to other users that they will help, so here it happens.
