First off I would like to say fantastic blog! I had a quick question which I'd like to ask if you don't mind.
I was curious to find out how you center yourself and clear your head before writing.
I have had trouble clearing my thoughts in getting my ideas out.
I truly do take pleasure in writing however it just seems
like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally wasted just trying to figure out how to begin. Any suggestions or tips?

I know this if off topic but I'm looking into starting
my own weblog and was curious what all is needed to
get set up? I'm assuming having a blog like yours would
cost a pretty penny? I'm not very web savvy so I'm not 100% positive.
Any recommendations or advice would be greatly appreciated.
