  First off I want to say wonderful blog! I had a quick question that I'd
  like to ask if you don't mind. I was curious to find out how you center yourself and
  clear your thoughts prior to writing. I've had a hard time clearing my mind in getting my ideas out there.
  I truly do take pleasure in writing however it just seems
  like the first 10 to 15 minutes are generally lost simply just trying to figure out how

  After I initially left a comment I appear to have clicked
  on the -Notify me when new comments are added- checkbox and now every time
  a comment is added I recieve four emails with the exact same comment.
  
  Is there an easy method you can remove me from that service?
